San Fransisco’s Citay will release their second album "Little Kingdom" on the Dead Oceans label on November 6 , and this track is a taster of the new album. I love the fantastic psychedelic bass-groove and the vocals are a delight!

Division Day’s coming album "Beartrap Island" will soon be out on Eenie Meenie Records, and the label is giving away remixes and coversongs of the songs on the new album every week (for 8 weeks). This week’s giveaway is a remix of the previously unreleased albumtrack Ricky, remixed by Tandemoro. You can listen to all the published songs + view a map of Beartrap Island drawn by Division Day’s own Rohner Segnitz on Eenie Meenie’s Beartrap Island Virb page. One piece of the map is revealed every week.

I have a weakness for old Motown Soul, and this is kind of new Motown-like soul. Like it!

I remember writing about this band a long time ago, and I think I have featured this song too, maybe in another version…? The band is out ith their debut album called "gone faded" in October, and I’ll buy it!
