I’ve decided to split the Eardrums releases and the Eardrums blog, so from now on everything related to the Eardrums compilations and all future creative projects will be found on the new EARDRUMS POP website. It’s here, – http://www.eardrumspop.com.

I will still announce all Eardrums releases here on the blog, but Eardrums Pop will be the place to get them and to get the freshest news about them.

(All the previous releases can still be found here on Eardrums music, but from Birdsongs, Beesongs vol. B, Eardrums Pop will be the place to get them).

Volume B of the new Birdsongs Beesongs compilation will be released early next week, hopefully on Tuesday the 7th. I may still change the tracklist, but at the moment, volume B will include bands like Someone still loves you Boris Yeltsin, Dub Noir, Socialist Leisure Party, Thunder Power, Martin Carr (ex. Boo Radleys), The Audiobooks, The Jealous Sea, Colin Clary + many more. Volume C will probably be a bit more jangly and noisy (not THAT much, – it’s still very much pop!) and volume D will be the one you put on later in the evening on a fine spring day.

EARDRUMS POP is also interested in getting in touch with bands/artists and illustrators/painters/creative people (a.k.a. YOU!) who want to be a part of our next project. This will NOT be a compilation like the ones we have released so far. The keyword is collaboration. I’ll tell you more later. The music genre for this project will be the same as before: indie pop, folk pop, electronic pop, and as always, – melody in focus.
