A post about Team Ghost, M83, Yeti Lane and how to write good press-releases…

I rarely find press-releases very interesting, and most of the time, they are filled with awful descriptions and superlatives that really tell me nothing about the music at all. The A-side is “Your Timetable” and the B-side is “TV-Guide”. The press-release say “”Your Timetable” is a well-honed slice of noise-pop, full of fuzz guitar, romping organ and a chorus to die for. (…)- a perfectly infectious two minute pop gem”. Sounds good to me! Here is the B-side for you: Summer Cats – TV Guide …

The Jakarta based indiepop-duo Funny Little Dream has made a lovely video for their self-titled song from their self-titled album… Funny Little Dream is one of the many bands who participate on EardrumsPop‘s upcoming compilation “Between Two Waves”. It is a collaboration compilation, where everything is based on collaboration. All the songs will be made by bands working together with other bands, some of the cover artworks will be made as collaborations between two illustrators, and EardrumsPop is now a …
