I stumbled over this on a mailinglist I am a member of, and fell in love at once. The band I’m talking about is called Pet Milk, and it’s a new band from Philadelphia. They share members with other favourites of mine, Brown Recluse and Paint it Black, and describe their music as “Noisy twee pop with ladyvocals. Songs about ex-lovers”. It’s really, really good. The demo also include a wonderful version of “Paint A Rainbow” by My Bloody Valentine. Do you like it as much as me?
