The Legendary House Cats is the solo project of John Girgus, formerly of the equally legendary Sarah Records-band Aberdeen

. Since his Aberdeen-days, he has both done some great music on his own, and been a producer for bands like The Luxembourg Signal and The City & Horses
.

His new single is called “King Grudge”, and it is a lovely indiepop track full of dense fuzz guitars and a very nice, addictive guitar melody that runs through most of the song.

The video is a no-budget homage to the Anton Corbijn classic for Depeche Mode‘s “Enjoy The Silence”
